1. he was forced to go on a quest by his own jackass father
2. most of his race was killed or imprisoned by ganondorf
3. he had to kill his childhood pet, Morpha

But as for all together or someone else, Verne promised he would kill him. He never said he wouldn't use help for it. I think Lynx will forgive him if he at least did all he could.

Ganon hasn't caused much damage in Oranoas' life...yet. You'll see what happens. It's a surprise. Which is why I think we should settle this after all the devastation of all the characters caused by Ganon is over, and now we just have to fight him. So We should continue this discussion when we (Again) reach Ganon's castle.

Anyway, I think Ganon should surrender, and seal himself back in the Realm of Darkness again, and escape in the future when The Team is absent, thus taking over Hyrule, and having the Godesses flood Hyrule. Then Generations later begins the Windwaker Generation of the team. =P

I don't really know what's with the whole master sword idea, because they already time-traveled a lot without Verne, who has the 5th shard of the triforce of courage.

Yoiu already time traveled forward without Shrubby, but the sword was difficult to remove. it was already said that the Master Sword was difficult to remove the first time because Shrubby wasn't there.
