If all the host has a full Triforce shard (Courage, Wisdom, or Power) they're able to life the master sword like a feather.
If they don't have any triforce, they won't be able to budge it at all.

So if they had 2/5 small shards of the Triforce of Courage, it would be pretty difficult to move. (Steel couldn't touch it, because he murdered his sister, a bunch of skullkids and at the time, thought about arson to the Deku Tree, by Ganon battle though he will have redeemed himself.)

I think that's a bad theory because it isn't confirmed, proofed or told by the makers. Seeing we have no other choice, it'll have to do. Verne's hard isn't that pure neither, btw... XD I think only Shrubby and Oranoas have a pure

How's it bad? More Triforce of Courage shards = Lighter overall master sword.

Chosen one = Sword out of stone
1/5 chosen one = no sword

I dont think you can pull it out without having the entire puzzle. 4/5 picture is no picture. The theory is kinda bad.

You don't get the point.

The Triforce of Courage to me is what contributes to the strength needed to pull the Master Sword out of it's stone, think jug of water, empty jug = Full Triforce piece, Full Jug = No Triforce piece, 1/2 Full Jug = Half Triforce Piece.

"But he didn't have the triforce in Wind Waker!" The Master Sword at the time was just an ordinary sword, it had no power when WW Link pulled it out.

I get your point... But this is ~Magic~ not water XD It's like teh dragon balls in dragon ball evolution. Together, they are a wish. Alone, it's nothing.

Why not link the triforce shards with chaos emeralds. more shards/emeralds = more power = easier to draw out the master sword/enter super form = ...well, you get the point.
